These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this publication (the “Publication”), including all content, subscriptions, features, and community spaces.
By accessing, reading, subscribing to, or otherwise interacting with the Publication, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Nature of the Publication
The Publication is a creator-owned, digital-only publication offering original written works, audio content, images, commentary, and related materials (“Content”). Content may be made available at different access levels, including free and paid subscriptions.
All Content is delivered digitally. No physical goods or services are provided.
The Publication is a creative and editorial endeavor, not a commercial service, product guarantee, or professional offering.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
The Publication contains adult themes and explicit material.
By accessing or subscribing, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
You are legally permitted to access adult-oriented material under applicable law
You are accessing the Publication voluntarily and for personal use only
Access by minors is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this requirement may result in immediate termination of access.
3. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing
Subscription Access
Paid subscriptions grant access to subscriber-only Content as described at the time of purchase. Access levels, pricing, benefits, and availability may change at any time at the Creator’s discretion.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through a third-party billing service, currently Stripe, via the hosting platform. The Creator does not collect, store, or process payment information directly.
By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method in accordance with your chosen subscription plan.
Renewals
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until canceled by you through the platform.
You are solely responsible for managing your subscription status, billing details, and cancellation timing.
4. Refund Policy, Promotional Offers & Abuse Prevention
Refunds are not issued directly by the Creator. All billing, refunds, disputes, and adjustments are handled exclusively through Stripe and the hosting platform, in accordance with their respective policies.
General Refund Policy
Because the Publication provides immediate access to digital content, refunds are generally not provided for:
Partial subscription periods
Unused or unconsumed time
Forgotten cancellations
Dissatisfaction with Content
Changes in posting frequency, format, or creative direction
Access to paid Content is deemed delivered upon successful subscription.
Promotional Offers & Conditional Eligibility
From time to time, the Creator may offer discounted, promotional, or limited-time subscription pricing (“Promotional Offers”). Promotional Offers are extended in good faith to encourage sustained paid participation.
By subscribing under a Promotional Offer, you acknowledge and agree that:
Promotional pricing is conditional, not guaranteed
Promotional Offers are not intended for short-term or exploitative access
Promotional Abuse & Subscription Reversion
If a user subscribes under a Promotional Offer and subsequently terminates or cancels their subscription in a manner determined to be abusive, manipulative, or inconsistent with the intent of the offer, the Creator may, at their sole discretion:
Revert the user’s account to a free subscription tier
Revoke access to all paid or subscriber-only Content
Issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription term, processed solely through Stripe
Deem the user ineligible for future promotional offers
Examples of promotional abuse include, but are not limited to:
Subscribing under discounted pricing and canceling shortly thereafter
Repeated use of promotional offers followed by early termination
Conduct indicating intent to exploit discounted access rather than maintain a paid subscription
All determinations regarding promotional abuse, refunds, and eligibility are final and not subject to appeal.
5. Creative Control, Editorial Authority & Content Evolution
The Publication is an ongoing creative work, not a fixed deliverable.
The Creator retains exclusive, unilateral authority over all editorial, creative, and operational decisions, including but not limited to:
Subject matter, themes, tone, and narrative voice
Storylines, pacing, arcs, conclusions, and character development
Posting frequency, timing, format, and duration
Initiation, continuation, modification, suspension, or discontinuation of any Content or series
Revision, replacement, or removal of previously published Content
Creative evolution, experimentation, and redirection are inherent to the Publication and do not constitute breach, misrepresentation, or failure to deliver.
Subscriptions grant access only, not creative control, approval rights, or guarantees of continuity.
6. Intellectual Property Ownership & License
All Content is the exclusive intellectual property of the Creator, unless otherwise stated, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view Content solely for personal, private, non-commercial use.
You may not, without prior written authorization:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or publicly display Content
Share or repost subscriber-only Content
Screenshot, screen-record, archive, scrape, or data-mine Content
Publish, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
Use Content for AI training, machine learning, or dataset creation
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination and legal action.
7. Prohibited Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in conduct that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, disruptive, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Publication.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Harassment, threats, intimidation, or coercion
Sexually aggressive, manipulative, or exploitative behavior
Hate speech, discrimination, or defamatory statements
Circumvention of paywalls or access controls
Misrepresentation of the Creator or the Publication
Solicitation, advertising, or unauthorized promotion
Any violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal without notice or refund.
8. Community Spaces, Moderation & Enforcement
Any comments, chats, or interactive features are moderated environments, not public forums.
Participation is a revocable privilege, not a right.
The Creator may, at their sole discretion and without notice:
Remove or edit content
Restrict posting privileges
Suspend or terminate access
Enforce community standards selectively or universally
Moderation decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
9. User Removal & Access Revocation
Users may be suspended or permanently removed from the Publication for violating these Terms.
Removal may occur with or without notice, with or without explanation, and without refund. The Creator is under no obligation to provide warnings, remediation opportunities, or justification prior to removal.
10. No Reliance / No Professional Advice
All Content is provided for artistic, expressive, and entertainment purposes only.
Nothing in the Publication constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. Any reliance on Content is entirely at your own risk.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Publication is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Creator disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or satisfaction of expectations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Publication, including dissatisfaction or emotional distress.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Creator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Publication or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination & Survival
Access to the Publication is conditional and may be revoked at any time.
Upon termination, all licenses granted herein immediately cease. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
15. DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy
The Creator complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Copyright infringement notices must include identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement made under penalty of perjury.
Bad-faith or abusive notices may result in liability.
16. Privacy & Data Handling
Personal data and payment information are collected and processed solely through the hosting platform and Stripe.
The Creator does not independently store payment information. Use of the Publication is subject to the hosting platform’s privacy policy.
17. Third-Party Platforms & Services
The Publication relies on third-party platforms and services, including Stripe. The Creator is not responsible for outages, billing errors, policy changes, or actions taken by third parties.
Your use is additionally governed by those third-party terms.
18. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
All disputes, refunds, and chargebacks must be handled through Stripe and the hosting platform.
Abusive or bad-faith chargebacks may result in termination of access and ineligibility for future subscriptions or promotions.
19. Force Majeure
The Creator shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, platform outages, legal changes, or technical failures.
20. Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without prior written consent. The Creator may assign these Terms without restriction.
21. Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
22. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Creator regarding use of the Publication.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
